Never heard of UNT Skincare? That’s not surprising since UNT is a beauty brand based in Taiwan. Now that UNT has brought their skincare, makeup and nail products to the US, I am happy to try a few things out.

I really like UNT Sun Envy Gel Effect. It’s like a gel manicure without having to use a lamp to cure. Natural lights takes care that. It takes 2 thin coats of Sun Envy Gel Effect ($10.50) plus the UNT Sun Envy Topcoat to be effective. Some shades seem to need 3 coats to get to full coverage but the ones I have are just 2 coats and dry very fast. As much as I love nail polish, I just don’t have the time to do my nails several times a week so it’s nice to able to keep a shiny, fresh looking mani for 5 days. My fave shade is Ms Charming (NV040).
What is hit or miss for me is the UNT Brow Master Dual Ended Brow Pencil. I like the concept of it but the execution isn’t 100% there for me. I love the spoolie end to tame brows because it is convenient, it’s perfection. But the shape of the retractable pencil side felt a bit awkward to angle and still easily see what I’m doing as I fill my brows. For me personally it’s easier and faster to just use brow gel like I normally do because that’s what I’ve done for years. This is something I’d keep handy for touch ups if needed. If you rock at filling with a pencil though, this is a good product for you.
UNT Eye Define Liquid Eyeliner is a huge hit for me! This is a liner I would repurchase. It is so flippin easy to quickly make a precise line with this liquid eyeliner. I especially like that the tip is very similar to that of a precision marker. It’s not too hard, not too soft. Carbon black and waterproof! Loving it!
