Well look at you, you made it through The Makeup Show Orlando Blogger Preview Recap and The Makeup Show Orlando Recap Part One! Are you tired yet? Because by the end of the Makeup Show Orlando I was exhausted! Before I jump to where I left off, here’s a glimpse of what I wore on the last day. I got this cute sweater from a thrift shop on $5 Bag Day before The Makeup Show Orlando Blogger Preview. I’ll have to do an outfit post and tell you a bit about $5 Bag Day later. 🙂
Another “showtime” photo from the day before. I just love my red rose pants so much that I wanted to post this photo. Having a me moment, mmk? 😉
More From The Makeup Show Orlando
Bleeding Heart Cosmetics was in the building with this lovely display. I loved how it was setup on what appeared to be a tree trunk (presumably artificial), so different from many of the booths. It definitely stood out to me.
I got the chance to meet makeup artist, Marietta Carter-Narcisse! Miss Marietta has done makeup on the sets of movies like Sparkle, Ghost, Jackie Brown, What’s Love Got To Do With It, The Jackson’s, Baby Boy and more!
Make Up For Ever Academy was at The Makeup Show Orlando doing amazing body paint…full body paint! The Make Up For Ever booth was ginormous, like a whole Sephora store. I did my best to avoid the booth so I wouldn’t end up having to run out to a laboratory and sell my plasma to buy all the things I’d end up wanting!
They are both super nice, they love chatting it up and having fun so if you ever see them, say hi! Must say thanks to Koren for taking the time to teach me how to apply false lashes at the show. I’ll have to show y’all how it turned out in another post.
Koren is a New Jersey guy and hurricane Sandy unfortunately swept through the northeast pretty hard. Koren still made it to The Makeup Show Orlando and I’m so glad he did. Check out the brush rolls in the photo below, the proceeds from the sales benefit people effected by mean ol’ Sandy.
Last but definitely not least is Ofra Cosmetics! This was a brand James Vincent mentioned during The Makeup Show Orlando Blogger Preview. I tested a few things out and fell in love! If I were an impulse shopper I would have told them to wrap everything up and deliver it to my home. With no buyer’s remorse!
I don’t know who’s hand this is but that ring is gorgeous and clearly she wanted everything Ofra too!
Something I really love is that Ofra Cosmetics is a family business. They are fun, kind and you can see the love just by looking at them. If I didn’t love my own crazy family, I would totally ask them to adopt me! That’s how awesome they are as individuals, family and a company.
I have a product review and giveaway coming soon for this beauty. Magnetic palette, yay! Also reviewing a few other Ofra Cosmetics products. Yea buddy!
So, you’ve now made it through all three parts of my Makeup Show Orlando recap. You totally deserve a pink cupcake! The recap may be over, but I’ll be posting some product reviews and more from my experience at The Makeup Show Orlando. Be on the lookout for those!
