Who says you can’t wear makeup to the beach? This month the Beauty Bloggers of Central Florida members are bringing you a roundup of summer beauty posts. Be sure to visit my blogger sistas linked below! But first, I’ll share some products by brands I love to get you on your way to fab beach day makeup. You don’t have to go full faced, overboard or bare faced but waterproof is key to summer beauty!
When I hit up the beach, if I do wear makeup it’s usually minimal and anything with color is waterproof. A lip stain, Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara ($5.99), perhaps brown liner and as usual my OFRA Semi-Permanent Waterproof Eyebrow Gel ($24.95). After I’m sure I’m not touching water again I whip out my face wipes, moisturizer and apply OFRA DD Cream ($29.95) or Julep DD Creme ($36 or $28.80 for mavens). I always bring one of them in my beach bag because I rarely go home after the beach. There is usually dinner, shopping or some other activity that follows. I totally rock lip stain to the beach, i love the i just had a cherry Popsicle look lol
I love Lash Genius! It totally works. Cream shadows are my fave always but especially in the summertime. Can’t wait to check out the clear mascara!

I don’t have a lot of waterproof makeup in my stash, because I always hated oily makeup remover that was needed to get it off. Now that I’ve found some better removal options, I’m slowly getting more waterproof makeup! I just picked up Bare Minerals Locked and Loaded to turn any mascara into waterproof! I hope it works!
