Skintastic Spotlight | Natura Culina Organic Skincare Review

Natural Culina Organic Skincare

I received some amazing natural skincare products that I’ve been enjoying for quite some time! Natura Culina is an organic line of skincare made in Santa Barbara, CA. The products are made in small batches for freshness and include products for body, face and hair in various scents.

Natura Culina Sugar Body Scrub Delight

I love sugar body scrubs and Natura Culina Sugar Body Scrub Delight did not disappoint! This sugar scrub contains certified organic coconut oil, which has been a much loved ingredient for women in my family for generations. The sugar granules effectively slough away those icky dead skin cells but are fine enough not to scratch! The ingredients are crazy effective for nourishing  the skin, while the blend of essential oils adds a light, pleasant fragrance. It’s seriously a soothing smell that I’d normally associate with a relaxing bath!

After using Natura Culina Sugar Body Scrub I don’t need to apply lotion and my skin is silky smooth. Seriously, it makes me want to walk up to random strangers and be all “Hey you, feel my arm! Smoothest skin ever, right?”…but that would make me a creeper so I contain myself. 😉

As with any sugar scrub that contains oils, the surface can be left slippery so be careful and make sure to rinse the area when you’re finished.

Natura Culina Shea Butter Delight

So I use Natura Culina Sugar Body Scrub twice weekly. On the remaining days I use Natura Culina Shea Butter as my moisturizer. I was so happy to notice the same fragrance as the body scrub because I love it and feel like I’ve been to a spa everyday. The African shea butter is of course organic as are other ingredients in the shea butter.

So what I love about Natura Culina Shea Butter is that it’s a solid that melts at body temperature. I flippin love it! With that said, be sure to store it in a cool, dry place. I’ve been dealing with some pretty bad dry, itches patches on my arm lately, possibly from hard water and my chlorine pool but this shea butter seems to be helping. I find it very moisturizing without leaving my skin greasy. If you try this, be sure to use it for a massage…amazing!

I love how the shea butter simply melts onto my skin, making it easier to spread.

I'd love to try the Shea Butter. My elbows get pretty dry in the Winter, and I could use a good product that doesn't leave my skin greasy. Especially in such a sensitive area… greasy just tends to make it worse.
