The Makeup Show Orlando 2013 was amazing! Two days of makeup heaven, learning from the best in the industry, catching up with old friends and making new ones! I took so many photos I had a hard time choosing what to share in this post! So I made some collages, an Instagram slideshow-like video and split this post into 3 parts. Browse through 3 pages of makeup heaven and enjoy!
Before I get into the juicy details I have to say a ginormous thanks to James Vincent, The Powder Group, Melody, Daniel, Merlo and the rest of the fab TMS crew. It was a true pleasure attending as part of The Makeup Show ambassadors team as well as a beauty blogger! You put together yet another unforgettable show and I can’t wait until next year because these shows only get better each time!!!
From the moment I stepped onto the showroom floor I was in makeup heaven. Pigments, brushes and creativity everywhere! Make Up For Ever had new limited edition products including lip palettes, a 10 Eye Shadow Palette and The Makeup Show Artist’s Kits curated by James Vincent, Orlando Santiago, Kathy Aragon, Danessa Myricks and Esterique Aidan.
Crown Brush was there reminding us all that the rainbow we learned about during childhood was just the tip of the iceberg! Aside from their awesome brushes, they have gorgeous palettes. Check these out!
Magnolia Makeup graced us with the presence of these beautifully vibrant pigments. I was seriously in love and happy as these colors reminded me of my love of Rainbow Brite as a kid…and now. 😉 How friggin gorge are those colors?!! I grabbed two shades from Magnolia Makeup but I wish I got more!
The fantabulous James Vincent took a moment to get his nails painted by Alyssa (PrettyLittleBottles) at the Cult Nails booth. I’d say he’s got great taste in nail polish!
Oh and I was uber fascinated with James’ boots worn on day 2…
You know I wouldn’t go to The Makeup Show Orlando without catching up with my favorite brand OFRA Cosmetics! They had a big $1 makeup bin! I’m talking OFRA DD Cream, eyeshadow palettes, skin care, lippies and more! Deep discounts on amazing products that you wouldn’t want to pass up. There were so many fab products and the OFRA crew is so awesome that I spent much of the first day with them!
After missing him at the show last year and pretty much stalking his makeup line…and Instagram, I finally got to meet AJ Crimson via a super cool introduction by David Gaito of OFRA Cosmetics. I picked up some BB+D Cream and Universal Neutral Set Loose Powder. Totally loving both and will be posting about it soon!
Mehron was in the building and their colorful array of makeup products, tools and art creation was hard to miss!
