Bold patterns, unique prints and vibrant colors are all things that rev up this Florida girl’s fashion lust. While browsing the new arrivals for my collaboration with Talulah, I was ecstatic to see the fabulous awesomeness that is their new collection! Talulah is an Australian fashion brand with pieces so chic that even someone without a fashion loving bone in their body can effortlessly be stylish. I immediately knew I had to have the Jungle Tropical Playsuit from Isla by Talulah from the Tropical Midnight collection.
I’ve always had a love for rompers but I rarely wear them because most that I’ve seen bare too much leg. I love my body but I’m not a fan of super short shorts. This is the first that I’ve tried on that fit exactly how I’d like, enough to show off the legs but not so short I’m afraid I’ll flash some cheek if I sit or bend! This piece ranges from size XS to XL and I ordered size small.
The geometric print and colors along with the high neckline with a deep V cut left me with the feeling that I didn’t even need a necklace so I chose to do without one. My only jewelry were earrings and a watch. By the way, the Jungle Tropical Playsuit has pockets! Score!
I love the fun shapes and mixture of colors from darks, pastels and brights. I decided to pair my Jungle Tropical Playsuit with a hot pink belt and teal wedges. Go bold or go home!
This romper can really be worn as is or paired with a belt like I did. It’s also extremely comfortable and the viscose crepe fabric is breathable, making it very Florida hot weather friendly.
The Talulah website has size charts but I know it can confusing to convert American sizes to others. As a reference I’m 5’2, dress size 4 with a 34D bust and the small fit me perfectly. I have another piece from the Talulah store that I’ll share here soon but I can already say Talulah has made it’s way into my top 5 favorite fashion shops!
