My birthday is coming in a few weeks so of course I’m on the hunt for a birthday dress! I’ve looked at so many online and in store and I’ve narrowed it down to a few. So far. Actually I need like 3-4 dresses y’all! Some of the dresses I liked are a bit sheer or form fitting and that means vpl (visible panty lines) could be an issue. I might have to go commando for the first time ever!
As a reference, here are the 2 dresses I wore for my birthday weekend last year. I looooved them both!
There is this yellow lace dress from H&M. With great selections and prices I can always find a dress there. I adore H&M, it’s like my second home…well Target…it’s a tie!
I am the girl that wears white all year long and I live in Florida so white is always in! This simple yet chic Guess Marciano Collection Joleen dress caught my eye.
Then there is this black and white number from the fairy godmother of fashion, the Diane von Furstenberg Caught Up sheath dress. What’s not to love about DVF? I also had an odd pull towards this floral-ish print H&M Bandeau Dress. And yes, this dress is black and blue not white and gold. No color debate here! LOL.
I picked up a cute, casual beige dress with hearts and lace for birthday brunch since my birthday is on a Sunday this year. I’m thinking about pairing it with red accessories. Thoughts? The material is a bit on the thin side so this is where the whole possible go commando deal comes in unless I find the perfect slip. Since I’ve never done this before I looked it up. Nerd, I know. Apparently the most important thing about going commando is confidence and us gals need to feel clean. I really like all of these dresses. You will not go wrong with any one of them or all of them. Something about the black and white dress stands out to me and would look great on you. I have been using Cottenlle toilet paper for a while and it is really good. I haven’t tried the wipes yet.
