BirchBox June 2012 | Jet Set

BirchbBox time…finally! I don’t know why but it felt like my Birchbox took forever and a day to arrive this month. I know that’s probably me being impatient and dramatic. The seemingly long wait was due to the USPS, who had my package sitting in the sorting facility for days. Seriously, the tracking showed it in Orlando for three days, what’s the hold up my USPS homies? Anywho, on to the box, themed “Jet Set”.

I actually have no complaints about this particular BirchBox. I’ve never tried any of the products but they are items I would use. I’m a liquid liner kind of gal and I love pen applicators for easy precision, so I am very hopeful when it comes to Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner.

I will probably save the Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream for travel or toss it in my purse…after a patch test of course. Melvita Rose Floral Water is possibly my favorite item in my BirchBox this month. Having a mist on hand while living in Florida is a must for quick refreshing on an all day outing! theBalm is a great brand so even though I’m not excited at the thought of gel texture on my lips or face, I hold high expectations for this.

I’m super picky about scents so instead of having Mr. Man try the John Varvatos, I gave it to my brother who also loves cologne. A tidbit about me: I’m graceful in public but uber clumsy at home! Usually enough to cause bruising but not bleeding, so I’ll probably just randomly stick on the Cynthia Rowley Dress Up Band-Aids because they’re so darn cute!
