My April glam bag from MyGlam arrived today! The shipping was fast, just two days to get from California to my mailbox in Florida! I was such a trooper, making sure not to look at the MyGlam Facebook page full of sneak peeks of this month’s bags. I wanted to let my glam bag items be a complete surprise to and have my bag opening moment full of ooh’s, aah’s and OMG’s. However that is tough when you are friendly with so many beauty darlings on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram! By the way, I am MinaSlater on Instagram!

Urban Deacy 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Junkie
I’m not in love with the actual bag at the moment, solely because it has that new plastic smell which I loathe but that usually subsides shortly after airing out. I love, love, love that an Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye pencil was included. I love Urban Decay and these eyeliners are bomb! I have been lusting over green eyeliners for quite some time and simply never picked one up. As you may know, I love lip products so I’m stoked about trying the DermStore Lip Quench. It retails for $12 so that alone is worth more than one would pay for a glam bag. Those are my two favorite items in my April glam bag that have my makeup lust meter soaring through the roof!

I like the two MyGlam brushes…a glam girl can never have too many makeup brushes! I’ll add these two with the MyGlam brush and case I received in my March glam bag. I do not use false lashes so I’m not too jazzed about the All-Belle eyelashes personally but I’ve decided to give them away so that means one of you lucky darlings can try them! I think I will give them away during Blogmania ’12, which starts April 25th and I’ve got some fabulous items up for grabs, so stay tuned!

MyGlam is a monthly sample program that delivers 4-5 beauty products in a super cute makeup bag. Some items are samples, some are full-size and the subscription price is $10 shipped. I was quite pleased with my February glam bag from MyGlam, the March glam bag grew on me and April is no disappointment. I am going to stick with it and bring you darlings another glam bag post or two before deciding to stay or stray.
